Worked on In-class assignment with my team which includes Arthur, Tim and Bhavi. We were tasked to look at the Porchies Candy website and there social media and create a Digital marketing IMC which helps to bring awareness about the business and increase followers. Porchies Candy is small business where the main clients are family and friends and my professor is one of the friend of the owner. We were allowed to come up with the idea during the class and submit assignment in 2 days. We created this strategy in 5 hours which included designing infographics, Video production and editing and Instagram mockup post idea. The client has not implemented this strategy yet. One of the part of the strategy was to revamp the website and focus on the female target market as Freeze dried Candies were trending topic amongst women aged 18 to 25 years old during that time.

Inforgraphic: Target audience and Target market is adult women from the ages 18 to 25 years old. These women are trendy and active on social media. They follow the trends and likes to try the viral food. They like to share their experience and they are good at persuasion tactics with their storytelling. We think that Porchies Candies should rebrand themselves with more colourful skims as the current colour is too basic and doesn’t speak what the brand is, which is why we chose blush pink and cream colours to show how rebranding and styling the brand can make the change.

 

 

 

 

Instagram Post: A CROSSWORD PUZZLE. This post is a promotional event where we are promoting the candy and there are rules as follows: – Answer all the questions right – Share the post to your friends – Follow the Instagram page – Comment on the post with your favourite Candy name We will choose the top 10 people who answered the post right and it will be first come first serve basis. The top 10 people who followed all the above steps will receive one surprise freeze-dried candy pack with the request to post their experience by recording their reaction.We will also publish the results post next week which creates excitement within community to know what the correct answer is and it also becomes a bonus content.

Disclaimer: This is a work from in-class assignment, hence we used Candy Crush Saga mascot for the image of the mascot but if it was a work for a client we would product a mascot for the business.
