Direct Mail Updated – Evergreen Hospice Residence Project 2025

As part of Evergreen Hospice’s capital campaign, I led the development and execution of a large-scale direct mail initiative aimed at raising awareness and securing donor support for the construction of Markham’s first residential hospice. I wrote compelling, mission-driven copy that highlighted the urgent need for end-of-life care in our community and crafted a message that emotionally resonated with potential donors. Working closely with the team, I coordinated the production and distribution of 3,000 personalized mailers, ensuring timely delivery and brand consistency. This campaign served as a critical touchpoint in our multi-channel fundraising strategy, reinforcing our cause and helping to strengthen relationships with existing and prospective supporters.
